2025 Recipient: Hermann Bruhn ’90
Hermann Bruhn ’90 was instrumental in leading the Class of 1995’s 30th Reunion success. As co-chair of his class’s gift committee, Bruhn’s leadership and personal generosity propelled the class to raise $1,840,699 in cash and $3,177,644 for their Reunion Class Gift to the Brown Annual Fund. A member of the 1764 Society and the Carrie Tower Society, Bruhn’s philanthropy is defined by his commitment to access; he provides vital support to the International Brown Annual Fund Scholarship, the Inman Page Black Alumni Council Brown Annual Fund Scholarship, and The Brown Fund. By inspiring 34 volunteers to secure the highest number of multi-year commitments among all Reunion classes, Bruhn ensured a lasting legacy. Through his faithful philanthropy and active volunteerism, Bruhn continues to demonstrate a deep, enduring passion for Brown University and its mission.
