The center is opening doors for aspiring entrepreneurs across all disciplines.

Entrepreneurship has always thrived at Brown. Now, through the Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship, students can learn how to think critically about society’s unmet needs and formulate solutions that both address long-standing dilemmas and create meaningful change.

Many of the best ideas grow from the collision of multiple perspectives. The center’s courses and support programs harness this power and encourage students to apply the principles of entrepreneurship across a wide range of issues, industries, and venture forms. In all of its work, the Nelson Center inspires the translation of concepts into direct action for the greater good.
