  • Every mentoring relationship is unique. Here are video resources to help you build, navigate, and sustain successful mentoring relationships.
  • Tip: Talk with your mentees about aspects of the career development process: self-assessment, career research, networking, and job search/graduate school preparation.

For mentees:

The Women's Launch Pad is focused on connecting Brunonian women together for mentoring support. All University community members are welcome to connect with the program by contacting the Office of Alumni Relations. The program is administered through the Office of Alumni Relations and sponsored by the Brown Women's Leadership Council, a presidential council.
