With more than 7,000 Brown alumni and undergraduate students, the Brown Women’s Launchpad (WLP) is a multigenerational community dedicated to professional development, networking, and growth.

This mentorship community provides a space for both mentors to share insights about their personal and professional paths and mentees to provide alumni with a direct and active way to connect with the Brown community.

All members of the Brown community are welcome to apply to this cohort, which centers the experiences of women and those who identify as female.

The Women’s Launchpad is one of several mentoring cohorts within the Mentoring Launchpad, facilitated by the Center for Career Exploration and the Office of Alumni Relations. To apply, fill out the Mentoring Launchpad application on BrownConnect+. Mentors and mentees will be connected with the mentorship cohort that best aligns with their expertise, life experiences, and availability.

To be considered as a mentor or mentee for the Women’s Launchpad, please apply by October 17.

A Brown Account is needed to access BrownConnect+. For help logging in, contact the Alumni Help Desk at +1 (401) 863-9662 (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET), connect with a live agent online, or email alumni_help@brown.edu.
