Get in the Reunion spirit! Hear from alumni across the decades about their favorite Reunion memories, enjoy views of campus, and relish some Brown nostalgia.

Bump into old friends and make new ones in a delightful, immersive virtual space where you can interact naturally in real-time. Sign up through AlumnIQ (Reunion registration). After registering, you will receive your designated class link via email.

Unity Celebration

Celebrate the diversity of Brown’s student and alumni communities with Brown’s alumni affinity groups. Enjoy a presentation of gifts to representatives from the graduating Class of 2021. Raise a glass to Brown’s alumni leaders and graduates in recognition of their accomplishments.

Lawrence the Band Concert

Watch a performance of this long-time Campus Dance favorite soul/pop band from New York City. The eight-piece group includes seven Brown alums (Clyde Lawrence '15, Gracie Lawrence '20, Sam Askin '13, Jonny Koh '13, Marc Langer '13 MA'14, Sumner Becker '14, Michael Karsh '14) and Jordan Cohen. It has gained a devoted following for its high-energy, keyboard-driven sound, which features tight, energetic horns, and explosive lead vocals.

Women of Pembroke Virtual Breakfast

To all the women of Pembroke College: Let’s enjoy this rare chance to reminisce about our days as students and catch up on what we are doing today! Be sure to plan ahead and bake the famous Cranberry Coffee Cake that we once enjoyed on campus in advance of this special breakfast, so we can all dine virtually together.

All-Class Memorial Service

Join fellow alumni for this meaningful ceremony officiated by University Chaplain Janet Cooper Nelson and featuring instrumental music selections from University Organist Mark Steinbach and from current Brown students: Tessa Devoe '23, Rohun Rajpal '22, and Nicholas Huang '23 MD'27. The ceremony will include select readings by Brown Alumni Association President Sara Leppo Savage ’90, P’22; Brown Alumni Association Treasurer Jill U. Javier '07; and Max Clermont '11 MPH'12.

Bruno Family Fun

It’s a virtual family-friendly extravaganza! Jam along with Dave Binder as you enjoy your own at-home BBQ inspired by Alumni Field Days past. Sit down for your own personal cartoon-like caricature portrait, then bring the kids to a magic show led by a famous Brown alum magician, who will reveal the secrets behind some of his most favorite magic tricks, and join dozens of other kids while a Brown Reunion student-staff veteran leads everyone in a craft activity.

  • 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Family Fun Virtual Caricatures
    Commemorate this year’s unique Reunion with an original cartoon-like caricature of yourself during a face-to-face meet-up with a friendly caricature artist, who will draw your own personal likeness in 5-15 minutes. Watch the amazing process as the artist makes your masterpiece come to life! Once complete, you will receive a stunning digital copy to keep and share.

  • 2:00 – 2:30 p.m. Dave Binder Performance
    Enjoy the rare chance to jam out to classic Dave Binder tunes once again! Sing along with Dave to some of his Brown favorites, like the Fast Food and Unicorn songs.
     
  • 2:30 – 3:00 p.m. Magician Show!
    Enjoy a shared moment of mystery and wonder in this live magic show led by Andrew Evans '09, who will offer tricks for the whole family to learn using common household items such as two rubber bands and a deck of cards. Adding to the mystery, the performance will be live from a hidden magic theater. Don’t worry about hitting that “mute” button - you’ll surely be left speechless.
     
  • 3:00 – 3:30 p.m. Bruno Craft Zone
    Looking to get your whole family involved in Reunion? You and your little ones are invited to participate in this special online arts session led by a Brown Reunion student-staff veteran. Get ready to create two fun Brown-inspired crafts—geared toward children ages 4-9 but open to Brunonians of all ages—by making sure you have these easy-to-find supplies.
    Parental supervision recommended for switching Zoom views. Please use “speaker” view during instruction time and “gallery” view when it’s time for everyone to share their finished craft. Space is limited.

Commencement Ceremonies

College Ceremonies - In two special virtual ceremonies presided over by President Christina H. Paxson, watch along as the senior orations are delivered and baccalaureate and honorary degrees are conferred for the undergraduate Class of 2021. In-person ceremonies will take place for graduating seniors only with virtual ceremonies available for families and friends. Check the Brown Commencement website for further details.
