Volunteer Opportunities
The Brown University Sports Foundation (BUSF) Board of Directors helps maximize philanthropic support for all varsity, club, and intramural sports as well as for athletic facilities and programs that provide for the well-being and fitness of all on the Brown campus.
Board members help to identify philanthropic supporters, develop an esprit de corps throughout the Brown Athletics community, and serve as advocates for the positive role that athletics can play for students in their overall educational experience and life on campus.
Requirements:
- Attendance at and/or participation in at least two of the four annual board meetings held each year
- Annual philanthropic contributions to any BUSF giving designation
Commitment:
Members serve three-year terms, beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
