Celebrate the diversity of Brown’s student and alumni community with Brown’s alumni affinity groups: Asian/Asian American Alumni Alliance, Brown University Latino Alumni Council, Inman Page Black Alumni Council, Native American Brown Alumni, the Brown Alumni Pride Association, and the Disability and Neurodivergence Alumni Collective. Enjoy a presentation of gifts to representatives from the graduating Class of 2024. Raise a glass to Brown’s alumni leaders and graduates in recognition of their accomplishments.

The IPC Board of Governors invites you to attend its annual meeting and reception to hear about the activities underway to help deepen connections between Black alumni and with the University. Seniors and IPC members are encouraged to attend and learn about how they can become involved. IPC annual business meeting held at 3 – 4 p.m. and the reception 4 – 5 p.m.

Please join the Disability and Neurodivergence Alumni Collective (DNAC) for our inaugural reception, celebrating graduating students who experience or identify with disability or neurodivergence. We will come together to welcome our new Class of 2024 alumni and enjoy light refreshments. Students, alumni, community members, and loved ones are welcome. We ask that attendees wear face masks at this reception in support of immunocompromised community members. (Masks will be provided upon entry if needed.)

Annual Asian / Asian American Alumni Alliance (A4) Commencement Celebration

A4 will recognize members of the Class of 2024 and their families with an afternoon of hospitality and entertainment. Stop by to visit, watch student group performances, enjoy light refreshments, and congratulate this year’s recipients of the annual A4 Community Contribution Award. Students, alumni, community members, and friends are welcome. This is a great opportunity to catch up with friends and help celebrate the accomplishments of Brown’s Asian and Asian American community!

ONYX Rites of Passage Stole Ceremony

Join graduating students and their families during the ONYX Rites of Passage stole ceremony. Take part in the intergenerational tradition whereby graduates are inducted into the Brown University Inman Page Black Alumni Council (IPC).

Hosted by the Brown Center for Students of Color and IPC, the ONYX Rites of Passage is a sacred celebration that congratulates Black undergraduate students for successfully completing their studies at Brown University.

Join graduating students and their families for the Latinx stole ceremony. Take part in the intergenerational tradition whereby graduates are inducted into the Brown University Latino Alumni Council (BULAC).

Hosted by the Brown Center for Students of Color and BULAC, the Latinx Pre-Commencement Celebration (LCC) and stole ceremony is a sacred celebration that congratulates Latinx undergraduate students for successfully completing their studies at Brown University.

Groove to the best music of the ’70s through today at this revival of an old Brown tradition with a multicultural twist, featuring Garfield Davidson ’00 ("DJ GARF DIGGA"). The IPC, A4, BULAC, NABA, and BAPA come together to celebrate diversity in the Brown community.

Alumni, seniors, and families are welcome to this evening of dancing, music, and fun. This is a 21+ event.
